1. Services

 

MME Lawn Care and More LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, cleanout, and related services as agreed upon in writing or estimate.

 

2. Estimates

 

All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from those described.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

 

4. Cancellations

 

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

 

5. Property Access

 

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. We are not responsible for damage due to hidden obstacles or undisclosed hazards.

 

6. Liability

 

MME Lawn Care and More LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

 

7. SMS Communications

 

By providing your phone number through our website contact form,  sevice requests form, or by calling our business number, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from MME Lawn Care and More LLC. These messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates,estimate notifications, and technichian arrival alerts. Message frequency varies.
